Megan has been on heat for the second time. If it keeps going like this she will be pregnant before May. But I don’t want her to get pregnant before April. A birth control pill for cats can be a solution but is not necessary at this point. Altough we don’t get much sleep at night. Sometimes we’ve got to hurry because she isn’t old enough to get kittens. It’s possible but preferably not. Her wellbeing is more important to us. Since two weeks she started to retrieve her toys and she brings them to bed. Result: mice in bed :-) Sometimes, when our Jack Russel throws away her toy, Megan got it first. When Pukkie wants to take it back she will lay on top of her toy. Those two get on well together.

Macgyver is also doing well. He’s starting to look more and more like his half brother Rowdy from RocMe. I’m lucky with my male. The only place he sprays is in our bathroom. Luckily there are good remedies available because a spraying cat doesn’t smell nice. It may also be because there are no other males around. He has a nice and mild personality and he listens well. Where ever you sit he will come and sit next to you. Even when he is laying next to you he always has one foot on your hand or arm. Like he’s afraid that you would go away without him. He will be a year in February and already he weighs 4.875 kg.
